1.A digital product with instant access
Premium is a one-time purchase. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the additional features are unlocked on your wedding website and made available to you and your guests straight away. There is no shipping, waiting period, or staged delivery — the product is delivered in full immediately.
2.No refunds
Because Premium is a digital product delivered instantly, all purchases are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once payment is completed. This applies regardless of how much of the Service you go on to use. We encourage you to explore the free plan and review the features included with Premium before buying.
3.Your acknowledgement at checkout
By purchasing Premium, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you therefore lose any statutory “cooling-off” or right-of-withdrawal period that might otherwise apply to digital purchases once delivery has begun. Completing your purchase confirms that you understand and accept this.
4.Billing errors & duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an amount that doesn’t match what was shown at checkout — contact us at [email protected] with your account email and your wedding website domain. We will review the transaction with our payment provider and correct any genuine error.
5.Exceptions required by law
Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that you cannot waive under the mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you. Where such a right applies, we will honour it.
6.How payments & any required refunds are handled
Our payments are processed by Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax, receipts, and any refund that is required by law or issued at Paddle’s discretion as Merchant of Record. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method, and timing may depend on your bank or card provider.
